1. Purchasing terms and conditions

Please be quick in your decision.

If you don't find your particular vehicles in our stock, please contact us with all necessary details. Oida Trading Company will search the market and purchase the particular vehicles on your behalf from our sources, for that we shall need your confirm order.

2. Order confirmation and payment method

For the confirmation, we will send the Pro-Forma Invoice and pay us by the telegraphic transfer (T. T.) remittance to our company bank account. ( Refundable in case we could not locate the unit within 30 working days from the date of received deposit). The Pro-Forma Invoice which we sent will be valid for10 working days.

(A) If your choice order is less than US$50,000.

You will pay 100% in advance to confirm order. When your vehicle is sipped, we shall fax you the copy of B/L and we will send all the original documents by D. H. L. on your given address.

(B) If your choice order is more than US$50,000.

You will pay 75% in advance to confirm order. When your vehicle is shipped, we shall fax you the copy of B/L with freight. Then you may remit us the rest amount in our company bank account. After we receive all payment, we will send all the original documents by D. H. L. on your given address.

3. Direct:

If you are visiting Japan, Oida Trading Company Japan is willing to take you Auction. There you can physically inspect and purchase the cars of your choice. We handle all the arrangements and have an English speaking staff available.

TAXES:

All vehicles which will be buy direct from auto auctions, so subject to Japanese Government consumption tax shall be accounted as 5% to clients. If you have any further concerns, please contact us. We are waiting for your query.
